  • Managed and consolidated multi-sector data across GHS, MNCH, Nutrition, and RCCE platforms, ensuring high-quality datasets for program decision-making and donor reporting.

  • Designed and operationalized an interoperable GBV administrative data system across Mow CA and Bangladesh Police, aligned with UNFPA’s ethical and survivor-centered IM standards.
  • Developed and harmonized common minimum datasets and 3W/4W/5W reporting templates, ensuring consistency across health, protection, and police sectors.
  • Supported data quality assurance and ethical compliance per WHO guidelines on GBV data; led partner training and capacity-building on secure data collection and reporting.
