  1. Configures, supports, monitors, tests, and troubleshoots hardware and software.
  2. CCTV and security device Maintenance 
  3. Implementation and support of LAN/WAN Technologies.
  4. Maintaining Network Infrastructure in line with Company Standards.
  5. Anti-Virus Server and end-user maintenance (Kaspersky and Soposh)
  6. Configure and manage Cisco, Cyberoam & Sophos Firewall, router and switches. 
  7. Configuring firewall rules, Policies web filtering, Application Filtering, and QoS.
  8. Email Server Installation, Configure & Maintenance under Linux.
  9. Configure and manage GRE tunneling to route traffic between different Layer-3 networks.
  10. Data Backup Ensure all data backup are performing regularly & maintain off-site.
  11. Installation and Maintenance including Mikroik Routers, wifi device, switches, TCP/IP, Ethernet, VPNs, Firewalls, VC installation, troubleshooting etc.
  12. Wireless Networking / Wireless Access Point/ Wireless Router installation, troubleshooting, problem-solving knowledge.
  13. Operating System (Windows): Windows 10, 11, Windows 2003, Windows 2008, 2012.
  14. Selecting and purchasing appropriate hardware and software
  15. Maintain and develop Company all IT infrastructure as required.
  16. backups.
