Biplab Kanti Dey

In addition to having a Masters in English Literature and Language  and about 18 years of experience, I currently work as an assistant professor of English at Farid Uddin Sarker Degree College  in Cumilla , I am responsible for 160 students in an inclusion classroom, which has allowed me to refine my skills in handling extreme behavioral issues while maintaining a focused class. I also prepare the students  for challenging state tests and foster their leadership and problem-solving skills by having them collaborate in groups using different teaching methods. 

A professional assistant professor of English bearing a strong leadership to keep a balanced  atmosphere among the chain activities of all officers, teachers and workers in  the institution. Resolving issues and understanding  importance to control any diverse situation in the classroom.  Tremendously skilled in the design of challenging, enriching and innovative that address the various interests and needs of students.  Highly expert to use different study materials as necessary to the related lesson especially maintaining multimedia classes. Co-operative team members believing in sharing with the active colleagues to develop the lecture continuously. Creating a safe,  positive and stimulating and engaging running curriculums to encourage learning and effectively include all students in the classroom. Always sharing with the guardians about the condition of student to take care of affectionately emphasizing the weak points of them.

I had completed BA Honours  in English Literature and Language.I have been continuing my role as an Assistant Professor of English at Farid Uddin Sarker Degree College for about 18 years. In the mean time I completed CPD Course successfully  at Teacher’s Training Institute in Cumilla.
