I am Dibendu from AD Solutions (3CX Gold Partner), Bangladesh. You can find my company details in 3CX partner area (Bangladesh country section).

Starting my career doing setup of IP PBX, I have gained my experience/skills in following Voice field for more than 12 years.

  • VOIP Solutions Design (IP PABX, Call Center, Audio/Video conference etc.)
  • Cloud Phone System Design & Implementation (3CX, SBC, Firewall/Router configuration for Voice, TCP/UDP understandings, VPN configuration, remote phone)
  • SIP Trunk Troubleshooting
  • Voice system multi-site design
  • IP Phone Set Experience (Fanvil, Yealink, Grandstream etc)
  • Gateway Experience (Yeastar, Dinstar, Grandstream etc.)
  • CRM Integration

Regarding salary expectation, I will leave it up to your consideration according to post scale.
