With years of hands-on experience in the textile and garments industry, I specialize in leading the full cycle of trims development—from material approval to production and quality assurance—for top global buyers including Trawena, H&M, Next, 4F-OTCF, Kmart, Fila, J.Crew, Torr, Mango, Carry, and others.

✔ Handle product costing and production planning based on buyer requirements
✔ Identify and solve production and technical issues efficiently
✔ Guide teams on chemical formulas and proper dosing techniques
✔ Oversee quality at every stage—from sampling to final bulk delivery
✔ Collaborate with R&D, merchandising, and QA teams to ensure high standards
