• Maintain office inventory with proper documentation.
• Installation of new internet connection, computer setup for new users and

shifting users and also troubleshooting problems of existing user.

• Creating mail for users and troubleshooting outlook related problems.

• Maintain LAN & WAN network for the local office.
• Maintain and troubleshooting DATA COLOR 800 machine.
• Maintain polycom VC system.
• Client support over the phone,Team Viewer, Any Desk, or physical visit.
• Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
• Troubleshooting all network and hardware issues.
• Troubleshooting all desktop, laptop, printer and ERP software issues.
