I am an experienced IT professional with over 5 years of hands-on experience in Systems & Network Administration and IT Operations. My expertise includes managing Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, virtualization (VMware/Proxmox), cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), cybersecurity, backup & disaster recovery, and enterprise networking.

I have strong experience in IT infrastructure management, system security, patch management, monitoring tools, ERP support, and end-user operations across corporate and enterprise environments. I am skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues, ensuring high system availability, and implementing secure, scalable IT solutions aligned with business objectives.

I am proactive, results-oriented, and experienced in coordinating with vendors, supporting cross-functional teams, and maintaining reliable IT operations under pressure.

I hold a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE), where I developed a strong foundation in computer networks, operating systems, database management, system administration, and cybersecurity principles. My academic background provided both theoretical knowledge and practical exposure to enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, and software systems, which directly support my career in Systems & Network Administration.
