I am a soil scientist. I have about 40 years of experince of working in the area of Research and Development, Research Management, Administration and Financial Management, Fertilizer Recommendation, Fertilizer Standardization, Project Development, Project Coordination and Management, Project Evaluation, Research Priority Determination, Monitoring and Evaluation, Human Resource Development, Organizing Workshops, Seminars, Symposia, Technology Transfer, Policy Formulation, Consultancy etc.

I have total job experience of about 40 years. I stared my career in Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute in August 1983 and continued for about 22 years. Then switched over to Bangladesh Agricultural Research Council, the apex body of National Agriculture Research System (NARS) of Bangladesh and retired from government job in September 2018. I worked as Environment Specialist at IFDC, Bangladesh for 30 months during April 2013 to September 2015. I also have work experience as Consultant in an International Collaboration Project entitled “Nutrient Management for Diversified Cropping in Bangladesh” with Murdoch University, Australia for 33 months during May 2019 to Dec 2022. The project was jointly funded by ACIAR, Australia and “Krishi Gobeshona Foundation” (Agriculture Research Foundation) of Bangladesh. A brief description of my work experience is as follows:
