During my time there, I have gained valuable experience and skills in managing production and maintenance tasks, ensuring that the mill operates efficiently and smoothly.

My primary responsibilities included maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and supervising production processes to ensure they meet quality standards. I have a strong attention to detail and am capable of detecting and correcting problems quickly, ensuring the mill operates without disruptions.

Additionally, I am skilled in using various machinery and equipment, such as lathes, grinders, milling machines, and drilling machines. I also have experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software and can read technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.

In my previous role, I was able to work effectively with a team, both by leading and collaborating. My communication and leadership skills allowed me to work with colleagues, and management, to ensure that production targets and maintenance goals were met.
