With over five years of professional experience, I have developed strong skills in academic coordination, office administration, team leadership, and academic operations. I’m proficient in IT, digital collaboration and management, and possess well-developed communication skills. My background also includes teaching, training, administration, improving team performance, and ensuring effective operations in both educational and business settings. Additionally, I was awarded a scholarship to pursue my postgraduate degree in Indonesia, an opportunity that further enhanced my global communication and intercultural competencies.

I am an academic professional with over five years of experience in academic coordination, office administration, and team leadership. I have worked as both Assistant and Associate Academic Coordinator at the Bangladesh Institute of Innovative Health Research (BIIHR), managing academic and training programs, coordinating faculty and class schedules, hosting interactive learning sessions, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. I have also taught computer science at TMSS Nursing College and Fortune Institute of Medical Technology & MATS, delivering both theoretical and practical classes, supervising examinations, and managing IT systems. I am proficient in IT tools, digital collaboration, and online teaching, and I bring strong communication, intercultural, and team management skills. Additionally, I have presented internationally on ICT policy, online education, and digital empowerment, reflecting my commitment to innovative academic practices. I am also a lifetime member of the female-led NGO TMSS, demonstrating my educational volunteering, along with dedication to social development and community engagement.

I hold a Master of Arts in Education from Universitas Islam Internasional Indonesia, where I graduated with a CGPA of 3.16 out of 4 and was honored to receive a fully funded scholarship for the entire program. My master’s research focused on the implementation of STEAM education in secondary schools in Bangladesh, which strengthened my expertise in educational research, policy analysis, and innovative teaching practices. Prior to that, I completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Engineering from Daffodil International University with a CGPA of 3.27 out of 4, building a solid foundation in programming, IT systems, and computing technologies. I also earned a Diploma in Engineering in Computer Technology from Bogura Polytechnic Institute, where I developed practical technical skills in computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting, which continue to support my interdisciplinary work in education and technology.
