To contribute to the development sector 4 years of practical experience as Safety Net Program Supervisor (SPS) at the Project Management Unit (PMU) & Upazila level experience in a national level Project named ‘Income Support Program for the Poorest (ISPP)-JAWTNO’ Project under Local Government Division (LGD), Ministry of Local Government, Rural Development & Cooperatives (LGRD&C) and including efficient usage of computers. I am also capable in to perform well in the role and capacity to manage, organize conduct, and facilitate training, workshop, Orientation programs, and support. Area Coordinators/Field Facilitators in organizing and facilitating training courses. Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously and good communication with District, Upazila, and Union level stakeholder and management to prepare Training or Coaching Modules develop in various segments like Local Government Division (LGD). Skills in group formation, Monthly plan & Monthly and Quarterly report preparation, implementation, leadership, facilitation, Case study Writing advocacy & counterpart dealings, and would be responsible for the implementation of district-level activities. I have knowledge and experience in project management and implementation, monitoring, staff supervision, and development, networking with local Govt. and other stakeholders; excellent skills in reporting and documentation, I have experience in Written and verbal communication skills and the Capacity to manage high-stress situations. I am Capable of good communications and field activities managing under 5 children and Pregnant Mother Surveys, Data collection, House Hold visits, and Enrollment Process Monitoring will provide support to the project in supervising, coordinating, and managing field-level staff to till now/Continuing project, Training Conduct, Assist and performed at the District and Upazila level. I have Familiarity with the local community, excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bangla, and good management, supervision, and coordinating skills.
