Housekeeping Manager    The Palace Luxury Resort, Bahubal, Habigonj, Sylhet.              September 2018 to till….                                              Duty & responsibility:  • Satisfying guest needs and exceeding guest expectations. • Guiding Motivating and developing housekeeping staff • Attending and conduct pre-shift briefings with management in absence of Exec. Housekeeper. • Maintain the housekeeping log book. • Ensuring that all guest requests are attended to in a very timely fashion. • Ensuring that rooms are prepared and maintained in a timely and efficient manner. • Daily inspection of all arrival rooms and spot checking of occupied and “turn down” rooms. • Meeting guests to ensure that they are comfortable and have everything they need. • Daily inspection of lobby and public areas and F&B outlets. • Responsible for guest lost & found procedures • Working with Housekeeping and Chief Engineer to establishing a proper maintenance program and ensuring swift follow up. • Responsible for the maintenance, service and control of all housekeeping equipment, linen and supplies. • Assisting Exec. Housekeeper to maintaining par stocks for all housekeeping supplies and placing orders in a timely manner. • Cooperating & communicating with other departments for resort related matters. • Assisting Exec. Housekeeper in developing the annual housekeeping budget & capital expenditures. 

Housekeeping Senior Supervisor The Palace Luxury Resort, Bahubal, Bangladesh September 2016 to August 2018 Duty & responsibility: ✓ Assisting the Executive Housekeeper in maintaining a high level of cleanliness, orderliness and appearance in hotel by planning, organizing, directing and controlling the housekeeping operations. ✓ Ensure all hotel cleanliness standards are maintained by doing inspections of the rooms and entire property on a continuous basis & guide the others supervisor. ✓ Hold the departmental morning meeting. ✓ Take weekly and monthly inventory counts in order to monitor and control all departmental expenses. ✓ Coordinate the preventive maintenance schedule of rooms & P/A. ✓ Recommend repairs and maintenance projects. ✓ Monitor closely the condition and maintenance of all accommodation and P/A. ✓ Coach and train the housekeeping staff on a continuous basis.   Experience: 03 Housekeeping supervisor                                                               The Palace Luxury Resort April 2014- August 2016 (2 years & 5 months)                          Experience: 04 Housekeeping supervisor Danat Al Ain Resort, UAE.
