Assistant Support Manager- Technical is my position in Summit Power Limited and my posting is Summit Gazipur II Power Limited- 300MW. I am doing their mechanics technician job in mechanical maintenance department. During my working period under maintenance department in Summit Gazipur II Power Limited. I have gathered in removing, servicing and installation of IC reciprocating engine, compressor, starting air system, turbocharger parts, fuel system, lube oil system, steam system, cooling system, exhaust system, various types of auxiliaries, heavy equipment and machinery.

 WORK EXPERIENCE

Assistant Support Manager-Technical in Mechanical Maintenance           Sep 2017 - Present  

Summit Power Limited • Dhaka, Bangladesh

• Trouble shooting of the 18V46engines and auxiliaries according to OEM standards.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of hydraulic system and components
• Performing breakdown, schedule and unscheduled works of the reciprocating IC engines and auxiliaries according to OEM manuals.
• Carry out plant maintenance and repairs as required within competence, providing advice to other personnel where appropriate.
• Removing, servicing and installing of engine cylinder head, Piston, Liner, high pressure fuel pump and fuel injection valve.
• Have the experience to remove service and assemble of turbo charger and compressor.
• Trouble shooting of different types of pumps such as screw type, centrifugal pump, diaphragm type pump, Reciprocating type pump.
• Removing, servicing, checking, assembling and schedule maintenance of HFO (Heavy fuel oil) separator and LO (Lube oil) separator.
• Checking, removing and refitting of small end bush, piston pin, big end bearing& main bearing.
• Perform miscellaneous laboring activities to help trades persons, apprentices and other workers as directed.
• Have the knowledge to take quick decision, to plan, to forecast, make strategy high motivation and influential skill.
• Move tools, equipment and other materials.
• Ensure safety equipment, clean work place and executing safety checks to avoid any accidents in the future.
