Tasks: Conduct daily toolbox meetings & highlight lacking safety issues. Inspect of workplace frequently to improve the workplace environment better. Investigate accidents, incidents & near misses & prepare reports of them. Conduct induction training for the new workforce. Arrange a safety campaign at a regular intervals of time to encourage the workforce to improve the safety culture. Take part in monthly & annual audits to improve the workplace as well as the competency of the workforce. Check the firefighting equipment at regular intervals of time. Check whether the work is under the work permit system. Practice fire drills at least 2 times a year.
