> Act as Head of the department of product Development.
> Develop innovative Liquid product formulation and Recipe.
> Develop innovative DC formulation, having experience in development of Immediate Release Tablets, Extended-Release Tablets/capsules, Delayed Release Tablets/Capsules, Pellets and liquid in hard gelatin capsules. 
> Develop innovative formulation for Cost effective purpose of existing product
> Develop innovative formulation for deduction of manufacturing process time
> Develop new formulation and carryout the development of existing formulation (cost effective) for Local & Non-regulated market (Solid, and Liquid).
> Recipe Preparation for Product registration.
> Prepare Product Formula & Product Specifications according to Dosage Form following Product Brief.
> Give guidance to Prepare the Batch Manufacturing Record & Batch Packaging Record for commercial production of the respective product.
> Give guidance for the Preparation of different SOP?s (Equipment operational SOP, General SOP, Safety SOP, Risk management SOP etc).
> Required Protocols (Compatibility study, Stability study) preparation for assigned project.
> Give guidance for the Development and validation the manufacturing process and analysis method
> Give guidance for the preparation of product development report for Dossier Submission for Regulated market.
> Has good understanding and knowledge of Calibration and Record Keeping of R&D Equipments/Machines.
> Involved to develop a new product by formulation laboratory and an analytical laboratory (research lab.) from its initial stage (from the designing) under the supervision of Head of Plant.
> Communicating with different suppliers of Quality equipment`s, verification their quality and thus selection of equipment.
> Formulation designing and project planning to meet the time line for a specific project of a new product development and launch.
