Professional Experience
I am a Marketing graduate with about more than 5 years of professional experience at Medimet Pharmaceuticals Ltd., working in both Sales Administration and HR & Administration roles. I have experience monitoring sales and collection performance, coordinating depot operations, organizing sales meetings, and supporting sales policy and incentive planning with the marketing team. I also manage operational data, employee records, payroll coordination, and administrative processes using HRIS/ERP systems. My experience has strengthened my analytical, coordination, and communication skills, enabling me to support business operations and work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational targets.

I have completed MBA in Marketing from Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) and a BBA in Marketing from Patuakhali Science and Technology University (PSTU). My studies focused on sales management, marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and market analysis, which developed my understanding of business operations and field sales. This academic background has prepared me to work effectively in sales-driven roles like Territory Executive.
