I have been working as warehouse and factory supervisor at “The Consolidated Tea & Lands Company (Bangladesh) Ltd (Finlay Tea)” since 2015. I have over eighty years of experience in all aspects of operations, distribution, transportation and logistics dealing with warehousing and supply chain solutions. I am a versatile and experienced logistics professional with excellent technical, communication and Management skills. I am an innovative and analytical individual with a strong ability to analyze data and processes, find creative solutions, generate reports. I am able to manage a large staff by hands on leadership and can handle the projects and meet deadlines. I enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, using my initiative to achieve targets as a member of a successful team or using my own initiative to work alone.

• Warehouse-in-charge:

1. Managing the warehousing and storage of all materials.
2. Maintaining the inventory of supplies coordinate with the replacement and ordering of such.
3. Supervising the delivery of materials and supplies to all district facilities upon schedule.
4. Developing procedures and recommend estimates for an orderly replacement of exiting materials as it expires or deteriorates.
5. Liaison with Factory/production & Sales team for smooth distribution operation.
6. Preparing invoices on ERP Software, preparing Customs VAT Chalan (Mushak- 6.3, Mushak-6.5 and Customs registers), Chak-Ka, Chak-Kha, preparing daily/ weekly/ monthly/ yearly sales reports and VAT statements.
7. To Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met.
8. Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures.
9.  Inspecting the proper packaging, labeling and marking of Export teas.

• Factory Supervisor:

1.    Supervise and coordinate activities of machine operator & workers engaged in packaging products and materials.
2.  Ensuring the team meets all production targets.
3. Ensuring that all packaging materials are stored properly and safely to prevent damage or spoilage.
4. Coordinate manufacturing with Sales, Marketing, Procurement and accounts department as well as with vendors.   
5. Prepare manufacturing reports and present to the manager.
