 Awarded PhD in Building material from University of Malaya, Malaysia. Dr. M. R. Karim published 16 articles on international journal and also presents several papers in international conferences. Dr. M. R. Karim has beforehand served in Crown Cement, Crown Cement Ready Mix concrete, Shah Cement Industries Ltd and also in University of Malaya, Malaysia. He is an internationally recognized researcher in the area of building materials and highly reputable in the cement and concrete industry.

 I just want to say  little bit about me. This is Dr. Mohammad Razaul Karim, Deputy General Manager of quality control and technical support team of Eastern Cement Industries Ltd. I have 17 years of diverse industrial and research experience on building materials in local and international organization. Dr. M. R. Karim has an excellent professional experience covering management of technical support team, cost effective product development, process optimization, corporate quality control, plant safety management, management of Compliance documents, operation of plant, project management with multi-sectoral disclosure including cement and ready mix concrete.
