@ Popularized compost making techniques and production of food value rich fruit-vegetables and animal based foods for profit maximization.

@ Produced export quality safe fruit-vegetables with a view to export the same in the European and  Middle East countries.

@ Conducted field suited training to the project farmers and retailers on the SOM rich compost preparation techniques as well as food value rich sustainable fruit-vegetable production management for profit maximization.

@ Supervised and advised the work force on the sustainable farming, gardening, livestock, fishery, poultry and other food related business sector management, development of business opportunities, business plan for  profit maximization.

@  Assessed knowledge and skill level of the students, field workers, farmers, NGOs and then conducted course to develop KAS(Knowledge   Attitude and Skills) along with field data collection, work scheduling, open and green house management techniques etc.

@ Demonstration setup with nutrition rich, safe fruit-vegetables for Good Agricultural Practices along with conducting seminar-symposiums, field days, motivational tours with research organizations for overall organic activities for future business development.
