Chief coordinating officer (in the rank of Major) for planning, purchase and supply of all medicines, vaccines, surgical appliances and medical equipment to all military hospitals. Side by side, I act as a team member of health surveillance committee of our Medical Headquarters of Bangladesh Armed Forces. 

Food & Hygiene Officer at UN Force Headquarters, Abidjan, Ivory Coast

(13 Mar 2015- 26 Mar 2016) 

Inspect hygiene and sanitation aspects all contingents of UN peacekeeping operations and performed as a focal point officer for all health administrative issues. Apart from this in collaboration with other facilities we instituted practical measures to aid early case detection and implementation of preventive measures against infectious disease (particularly for Ebola) in all troops contributing contingents. The initiative resulted in zero incidence among the blue helmets.

Act as a first liaison officer for arrangement of foreign training of our armed forces doctors and nurses and sent, so far highest number of doctors, for overseas training.  We work together with multiple embassies and different national & international organizations like US CDC, ICRC to conduct various workshops and seminars. 

Public Health Specialist at Combined Military Hospital, Ramu, Cox’s Bazar

As a public health specialist, I took active part in Covid-19 patients’ management at Combined Military Hospital, Ramu, Cox’s Bazar and act as a member secretary of infection control committee of the hospital & lead of contact tracing team.

Training Staff Officer at Armed Forces Medical College, Dhaka

As a lone training staff officer, I used to draft all academic training and extracurricular activities plan and looked after all administrative issues of 650 plus medical students. In addition to that I was one of the editors of Armed Forces Medical College Journal (JAFMC).

(21 Feb 2019 – 07 Nov 2019 and 09 Nov 2021- 17 Jan 2023)

I leaded a 50 bedded field military hospital in Bandarban hill district twice for more than 2 years where 208 personnel including 12 specialist doctors and 112 paramedics worked under my direct supervision. I oversaw the all health and administrative issues. I have planned and established a new 50 bedded hospital building at Bandarban Cantonment.
