Musa Miah Shakil

Musa Miah Shakil is a dedicated researcher with a B.Pharm (Hons) and a strong foundation in both experimental and computational life sciences. He has practical experience in bacterial DNA extraction, PCR, antimicrobial susceptibility testing, and genome sequence analysis, as well as skills in computer-aided drug design and molecular docking. I have research experience spanning both wet and dry lab techniques. My work includes bacterial DNA extraction, PCR-based identification, and antimicrobial susceptibility testing, as well as computational studies such as genome sequence analysis, molecular docking, and drug design. I have contributed to research on toxicological and pharmacological activities, with projects involving protein–ligand interactions and in vitro/in vivo pharmacological evaluations. Currently, I am working as a Research Assistant, combining experimental microbiology with bioinformatics approaches.

Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons) with a CGPA of 3.58, including training in molecular biology, microbiology, pharmacology, and computational drug design. Completed certified training in DNA extraction and PCR techniques, with additional coursework and research experience in toxicological analysis, genome sequence analysis, and pharmacological activity studies.
