I have graduated at Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bangladesh in the institute of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology. After graduation I have been worked in kazi farm and hatchery as a executive manager. I worked there as maintenance engineer and supervised to worker. I worked there egg hatching to the incubator and production chick doc. 

• Hatching Egg receive from farm and storage in the cold room. I had to fumigate (formaldehyde gas Like potassium permanganate KmnO4) hatching eggs before storage. Hatching eggs had to sorting like A grade, B grade, sorting them which hatching eggs are oval shape, round shape, pole shape etc.
• After sorting hatching eggs set onto the incubator tray according to storage time like follow FIFO rules. Tray should be clean and tide, to ensure disinfected spray and fumigate them before egg set up.
• Incubator machine check whether it is ready or not (check temperature heater, fan, turning 45 degree etc) and fumigate 20 min almost every incubator.  
• Setup eggs tray put into incubator trolley and after that if incubator setter ready trolley entering into the incubator setter for 18 days and change trolley position every 3 days later according to machine capacity and machine system. Take to eggs temperature (99.5 to 100.5 degree F ) according to incubation hours.
• After 18 days later transfer eggs to the hatcher basket and put them into hatcher incubator for 3 days. Almost 21 days or 500-510 hours hatching time is determined. 
• After hatched chicks sorting and boxing in the production room.
• This procedure I had to monitor and equivalent machine had to maintained (heater, Ac , Havac, chiller, spray pump, generator, Power factor, etc ).
• Motivate and coach employees to meet service, Electrical Equipment maintenance and repair.
• Electrical Sub-station operation and maintenance
• Power system and power generation
• Electrical wiring and Electrical Switch board design
• Three phase motor connection
• Air condition install and maintenance 
• Electrical Transformer design
