Associate Supply chain manager - Novo Nordisk. - August 2021 to Present. 

• Establishing a sales forecast at material level incl. work on statistical baseline, analytics, and market trends
• Driving and coordinating the Local Demand Review with relevant stakeholders e.g. local commercial team, business units.
• Regularly review inventory policy and key supply parameters, e.g., safety stocks, MOQs, etc.
• Managing stock expiration and minimizing scraping especially on launch orders, high value and slow runner products

• Develop the demand forecasts for a new retailer, based on statistical trend, and sales & marketing activities. 
• Develop and prepare Weekly & Monthly forecasting files and KPI reports.
• Define order volumes based on adjusted aggregated store demand, available inventory, and sell-out rate.
• Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy for new RBO's.
