  • Planned and purchased through Tender, RFQ & Directly
  • Finalized purchase details of orders and deliveries and ensuring the quality of material
  • The ensured supply chain of materials and goods for quality programming.

Program Officer- Food & Operation– (January 2018 to March 2019, Emergency Rohingya Response Program, Caritas BD, Ukhiya, Cox’s Bazar)

  • Assessment, surveyed and prepared the distribution muster roll (about 12,000 beneficiaries)
  • Prepared distribution plan and ensured to reach distribution items at the beneficiaries’ level timely
  • Population assessment, duplication-checking, monitoring visits to beneficiaries’ house
  • Maintained liaison with CiC, UNO and local govt. offices
  • Communication and coordination with sector, agencies, and stakeholders with site management at camps
  • Distributed NFI, FI (Gas cylinder, WaSH kits etc, Tree, Vegetable oil, pulse, cash)
  • Collected NOC from Upazila level after completion of project implementation. 

Program Supervisor– (May 2017 to December 2017; Reaching Out of School Children (ROSC) Project, Caritas BD, MAWTS, Dhaka)

  • Supervised the whole project 
  • Collecting data from the upazila level and prepared the report.
  • Accounts keeping and monitoring preparing the proper utilization of budget.
