→Identify and troubleshoot problems of computer, networking,
    Surveillance, printing, and other IT systems.
→ Test and evaluate new technology.
→ Provide IT training to general users.
→ Monitor IT ticketing applications and provide appropriate solutions to
     End-users.

→ NOC team management.
→ Conduct NOC monitoring operations.
