Reporting to: Director of Housekeeping

Responsibilities:      For In house and Out Side Laundry Shop

• Supervising the Laundry department to ensure that highest hygiene standards of the hotel linen is maintained at all times
• Inspecting Guest Laundry, Dry Cleaning & Press work on a daily basis, to ensure prompt pick-up, optimum quality of work & on-time delivery of garments

• Coordinating with Executive Housekeeper and F&B Manager to supply adequate linen & uniforms accordingly
• Monitoring wash formulas & use of washroom chemicals in order to maintain whiteness/brightness of linen 
• Maintaining records of wash rejects & in case of excessive reject rates, improves wash formulas accordingly
• Developing & implementing standard operating procedures, as well as production & quality standards
• Scheduling working times in order to optimize production, utilization of equipment as well as utilization of water & energy
• Establishing and maintaining effective employee relations.
• Identifying training needs, develop formal training plans & carry out regular training sessions

Achievements:        Targeted business revenue as setup by the budget
