In my first job at FIVDP 1994 I was assigned to the Literacy program even though I held the title of Program Organizer. Prepare modules, conduct training, prepare budget, prepare annual plan and complete other tasks later. I was made District Manager of Habiganj district to implement Total Literacy Movement (TLM) work. I complete successfully. Experienced in Material Development and Theatre  for Development (TFD).
