Working as a position of Microbiologist, dept. of Quality assurance at Unimart Ltd. My working extents at Unimart Ltd. in ICK factory as follows: 

- Be responsible for all activities and work done as per GLP guidelines or other regulations 

- As per ISO/WHO guidelines, routinely monitoring Microbiological Classified or Control areas

 - Arranges and makes sure that all sterile items are subjected to standardized procedures for microbiological testing according to ISO guidelines

 - Records and maintains log books, ensuring good documentation practices 

- Prepare and up- gradation of SOP, STPs, validation protocol used in microbiological Laboratory and provides the training

 - To identification & enumeration of total Coliform, total fecal coliform, total plate count, yeast & mold, Salmonella & shigella, Vibrio & bacillus from different products 

- To perform the Air test, swab test, Growth promotion test (GPT) & Growth Inhibitory test (GIT) - Working with factory hygiene management system (Cleaning and sanitation) according to ISO guidelines 

- Implementation of Cleaning & Sanitizing Food Contact Surfaces Table
