I am a qualified Barrister and Solicitor with a wide range of experience in both the legal and business fields, predominately in New Zealand, Australia, United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada, India and Bangladesh. It is to be noted that I have successfully enrolled as an Advocate in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh and engaged with drafting in relation to different kinds of litigations, preparing the various kinds of legal documents, writ petition and accordingly representing the clients in the court proceedings. 

Recently, I have successfully completed all the requirements imposed by the New Zealand Council of Legal Education to be admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in the High Court of New Zealand. Throughout my Master of Laws (LL.M. in Comparative Commercial Law) studies at BPP University, London, UK, I have learned about Comparative Commercial Law, Advanced Corporate Law, Chinese Public Law & Human Rights, Transnational Criminal Justice Law, Company law, International Trade Law, and so on. Consequently, this LLM program nurtured my knowledge on various issues including, but not limited to, corporate governance, regulation of businesses, formation of companies, shareholder rights, joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions. 

Also, I have possessed a broad business understanding and business management during my Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, London, UK. In addition to my legal services, I love to undertake quite a lot of freelance projects, including content writing, research, social media content creation and video editing.
