I am a Finance, Accounts, and Operations professional with over 12 years of progressive experience across NGO, donor-funded, government, and private-sector organizations. My experience includes working with Save the Children implementing partners, the National Tuberculosis Control Programme (DGHS), and LGED site tender contractor firms, where I managed end-to-end financial operations, budgeting, reporting, procurement, and administrative coordination. I have strong exposure to donor compliance (including Global Fund & SCI), VAT & Tax (TDS/VDS), audit support, and statutory requirements, along with hands-on experience in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel.

Throughout my career, I have supported project implementation, financial control, and operational efficiency by working closely with program, engineering, and field teams. I am known for my accuracy, transparency, and accountability, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and ensure compliance with organizational and donor policies.
