• Planning and coordinating with the project team leader to ensure rapid dissemination of high-yielding and stress-tolerant rice varieties in southern Bangladesh.
• Having experience of work with the Ministry of Agriculture, BADC, DAE, NGOs, Seed net partners, seed companies, and small seed growers. to ensure timely dissemination of seeds, establish demonstrations, and farmers diffusion of the seed of HY and STRV’s in target areas.
• Help to develop new stakeholders, seed dealers, and entrepreneurs.
• Act as director of making different agricultural TV programs and Prepare video documentation on the basis of a research program in different seasons.
• Expanding the network of partners in southern districts to achieve the objective of rapid seed dissemination and to create sufficient awareness about the project and its outputs.
