I have twenty five years of progressively responsible experience with more than twelve years at a supervisory level in learning & development, training & capacity building, e-learning/instructional design, project/programme management and staff development activities and advisory services for three field missions (UNMIS, UNMISS & UNMIL), Integrated Training Service (DPO/UN), BRAC International (world largest NGO), Oxfam, UNDP India and UNOPS Bangladesh.

I hold a PhD degree  in ethics, religion and phylosophy. I have completed masters in business administration, sociology, and education degrees. I hold post graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and NGO Leadeadership & Management. I participated in various formal training certification programmes such as Certified Training Professional (CTP) and PRINCE2 designations. I am fluent in oral and written English with working knowledge of French language. I have several years of proven experience in a multicultural and international work environment including three post-conflict countries.

I am an excellent communicator with effective and efficient planning and organizing skills. I am a client-oriented person with fully aware of available technology and committed to continuous learning new technology related to training, learning, project management and organizational development skills. Moreover, I am committed to implement the goals of gender equality by encouraging equal participation and full involvement of women, men, girls and boys. I am highly motivated, hardworking and self-starter, who believe, practice and promote professionalism.
