I am more 10 years experienced IT support technician from Bangladesh. I have extensive knowledge of end user support. I am specialized in Windows & MAC system, Networking and handle high end IT equipment. Currently i am working with Stellar Digital Limited (bongobd) who are one of the largest VOD service provider in Asia. I am working here as a Senior IT Operation manager past 8 years. My core responsibility is to provide smooth end user hardware/ software support, Taking care of company IT network system, Managing vendors for IT requirement. Currently i am planning to move abroad for better and secure life using experiences.  

• Leading the team for handling the overall IT Support operations - Hardware, Software, Internet & Network Connectivity, Applications, Security, upgrade & migration of systems to different platforms, Support to end users (Local & Overseas).
• Plan/Setup IT infrastructure and procurement of IT resources.
• Manage Local Area Network (LAN), VPN User, Remote User.
• Google Workspace Administrator.
• Manage entire Organization IT asset inventory & Employee Attendance, Access Control & Survailance System, end-user onboarding and off-boarding activities.
• Video content processing and ensure availability to different streaming platform like bongobd.com, bioscopelive.com & few others. 
• Specialized in NAS Server and Content library management. 
• Management Support Operation & Vendor Management.
