The individual has worked in various service-related roles, starting with Goodybro Ltd., an e-commerce apparel startup, as an Executive for Sales & CRM. In this role, they were responsible for outlet sales, customer feedback, B2B sales, and customer retargeting. They then worked for Quantanite as an Associate in customer service, primarily as a data entry operator for queries and emails. Following this, they worked at Genex Infosys Limited as an Outbound Telemarketer in US outbound campaigns, where they reviewed clients' calls to determine their eligibility for financial services.

The individual has also participated in various extracurricular activities within the service industry, including working as a Guest Service Agent in Reservation at Four Points by Sheraton in Gulshan, Dhaka. They have also completed paid internships as a Management Trainee at Hilton Hotels & Resorts in Wenchang, Hainan, China, and Atlantis Sanya in Hainan, China, where they gained experience in food & beverage service and guest service agent abilities.
