I was hired as an intern in the Supply Chain Department. My primary responsibility was to handle the entire raw material vendor database and communicate with them. Updating the database meant that I had to investigate the R&D reports and key them in the database and circulate the report to the whole department, as well as the vendors.

Achievements/ Goals reached:

• Successfully sourced new vendors during raw material supply crisis from Middle East, Malaysia and Indonesia 
• Successfully sourced vendors and suppliers for painting tools and equipment from China
• Completely updated and organized the entire vendor database for Berger Paints Bangladesh. 

1. Assistant part time manager • The Sky Lounge, Le Quadri Hotel, UCSI Group

June’22-December’22

I initially joined The Sky Lounge as a server. Due to my ability to speak to customers and clients I was given full time work permit from my supervisor and was asked to take part in some of the more difficult choices within the restaurant. 

Achievements/ Goals reached:

• Successfully assisted in organizing last year’s Christmas party
• Assisted in bringing in more customers for greater sales numbers.

Jan’22-May’22

I worked alongside my employer in managing the other interns, as well as looking at sales and marketing. I was also required to come up with advertising posters and flyers for the company for recruitment, sales and rental.

1. Accounts department • Trainee • It’s Humanity Foundation

Sept’17–Oct’18

My job was to take note of all day-to-day expenses. Every month the department had to submit an estimated budget for the upcoming month. I was also required to assist in the budgeting of other departments within the organization.

Make profit loss analyses, advise in expenditure and communicate the information to the managers.

Achievements/ Goals reached.

1. Digitalized the whole student sponsorship program.
2. Assisted in fiscal year budgeting and departmental financial planning.
