I excel in managing documentation systems (both soft and hard copy), coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring version control, and supporting audit and compliance processes. Proficient in tools such as Aconex, MS Office, Canva, and Mailchimp, I bridge communication between stakeholders while maintaining quality and efficiency in all project documentation.

With Postgraduate Diplomas in Project Management and MEAL, I bring not only technical skills but also a strong foundation in monitoring, evaluation, and team training. I am confident in my ability to handle HR documentation, office operations, and personnel coordination, while ensuring strict adherence to deadlines and organizational goals.

Experience

I have over 8 years of experience in Document Control, Administrative Management, and Project Coordination. Most recently, I worked as a Senior Document Controller & Coordinator at Nippon Koei Bangladesh (NKDM Association) from August 2022 to December 2024 on the Dhaka Mass Rapid Transit Development Project. Prior to that, I served as Office Manager & Document Controller at Intercontinental Consultants & Technocrats Pvt. Ltd. from November 2021 to July 2022 on the Dhaka Bypass PPP Road Project. I also held the role of Senior Document Controller and Administrative Officer at NKDM Association from July 2019 to October 2021 and worked as an Administrative Assistant at SAJ Engineering & Trading Company from June 2015 to December 2018. Throughout these roles, I managed complex documentation workflows, coordinated teams, supported audits, and ensured timely project execution.

Education

I have completed two Postgraduate Diplomas from the Academy of Business Professionals—one in Project Management (2023) and another in Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) in 2024. I also hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Lalmatia Mohila College, affiliated with National University, Bangladesh. This educational background has equipped me with both strategic project management skills and a strong foundation in financial and organizational operations.
