    Description

    Core Responsibilities:

    1. Team Management and Training


    • Lead the Local PC & CS customer service and order tracking team, establish workflows and standards to ensure efficient team operations.


    • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's professional skills and service awareness.

    1. End-to-End Order Tracking


    • Oversee the entire process of customer orders to ensure accuracy, timely processing, and fulfillment of customer requirements.

    1. Internal Resource Coordination


    • Coordinate internal resources to resolve issues in order execution and improve customer satisfaction.

    1. Order Management and Production Planning


    • Lead the formulation, rolling adjustment, and capacity balancing of the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure efficient utilization of production resources.


    • Monitor order execution, optimize production scheduling, and improve on-time delivery rates.

    1. End-to-End Supply Chain Management


    • Oversee the entire supply chain from material procurement to finished product delivery, ensuring dynamic alignment between orders and production capacity.


    • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks such as material shortages and delivery delays.

    1. Cross-Border Factory Coordination and Management


    • Be stationed in Bangladesh to coordinate production progress and directly manage the local planning team.


    • Resolve unexpected issues in cross-border operations to ensure smooth execution of production plans.

    1. Cross-Department Collaboration and Problem-Solving


    • Collaborate closely with sales, procurement, production, logistics, and other departments to optimize cross-departmental communication and decision-making processes.


    • Provide data support to drive supply chain efficiency improvements.

    1. Data Analysis and Strategic Recommendations


    • Based on data analysis, prepare English reports to provide management with supply chain performance evaluations and decision-making recommendations.


    • Drive digital transformation in the supply chain to enhance overall operational efficiency.

    Requirements:

    1. Education and Professional Background


    • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

    1. Work Experience


    • 8–10 years of experience in PMC/supply chain planning, including at least 3 years of team management experience.


    • Experience in the eyewear manufacturing industry or related fields is preferred but optional.

    1. Language Proficiency


    • Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong communication skills.

    1. Technical Skills


    • Proficient in ERP systems (QAD preferred), familiar with MRP logic and production scheduling tools.


    • Strong data analysis skills, proficient in Excel, Power BI, and other tools.

    1. Soft Skills and Adaptability


    • Willingness to travel and manage cross-cultural teams.


    • Experience in Southeast Asian business operations is preferred, with strong stress tolerance and problem-solving abilities.

    • Work closely with sales, procurement, production, and logistics to streamline communication and decision-making.


    • Provide data-driven insights to enhance supply chain efficiency and performance.

    1. Data Analysis & Strategic Initiatives


    • Analyze supply chain data, prepare detailed reports, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.


    • Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

    Requirements

    1. Education & Background


    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or related fields.

    1. Experience


    • 8–10 years of experience in PMC/supply chain planning, with at least 3~5 years in team management.


    • Experience in the eyewear manufacturing industry or similar sectors is highly preferred.

    1. Language Skills


    • Fluency in both Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

    1. Technical Expertise


    • Proficiency in ERP systems (QAD preferred), MRP logic, and production scheduling tools.


    • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools.

    1. Soft Skills & Adaptability


    • Willingness to travel internationally and manage cross-cultural teams effectively. Living in Mazen's Bangladesh Factory is required, we will have dormitory provided.


    • Experience in Southeast Asian operations is a plus, with strong problem-solving skills and resilience under pressure.
