Job summary

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across resort share packages, real estate offerings, luxury stays, and client relationship development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, targets, and roadmaps aligned with company goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting performance goals and monitoring progress.
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure business deals with individual and corporate clients for resort share packages, hospitality stays, and real estate sales.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with channel partners, real estate agents, corporate clients, and distributors.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and project teams to launch promotional campaigns and sales events.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot opportunities and threats.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates to senior management.
  • Represent Otithee City & Resort at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and prompt resolution of client grievances or issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role — ideally in hospitality, real estate, or resort sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Thorough understanding of resort share business models, luxury hospitality, or real estate sales preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for project visits and client engagements.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
  • Strong presentation skills using MS PowerPoint, Excel, and other business tools.
  • Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and use market insights to guide decisions.
  • Experience with digital sales tools, online lead generation, and e-commerce marketing.
  • Capability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and manage client proposals.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (in both English and Bangla).
