Job summary

A Reputed Real Estate Company (Land) is looking for Executive - Supply Chain Management. The job involves purchasing materials, market survey, materials sourcing, comparative statement preparation, and supplier accounts maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Purchasing Materials: All kinds of Bricks & Bricks Chips, Filling Sand, Local Sand, Sylhet Sand, CI & GP Sheet, MS Angle, MS Box Pipe, Chanel, j-Hook, PVC Pipe & Fittings, MK Box, Fan Box, SDB, MDB Box, Temporary Electric items, Electric Switch Socket, Circuit Breaker, and lighting fixture etc.
• Obtain authorization /guidance from the Dy. Manger – procurement to proceed with the requisition.
• Market survey.
• Materials sourcing.
• Comparative statement preparation.
• Get the purchase orders printed.
• Get the purchase orders approved from appropriate levels.
• On receipt of bills, scrutinize the same and assemble the same with relevant MRR and purchase order.
• Bills preparation and its send to AFM department
• Supplier accounts maintained.
• Prepare supplier payment approval.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly report for management.
• Record keeping.
• Maintain supplier accounts.
• Supply to be ensured as per requirement.
• Trouble shooting regarding materials supply.
• Work with under presser.
• Adequate knowledge with construction materials & etc.
• Visit projects at required intervals to ascertain needs of sites.
• While at work, always keep in mind that ethical practices are followed.
• Any other job assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management

Skills Required

• Sourcing and Procurement, Suppliers and Vendor Management, Sourcing Product and Supplier

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Applicants with 2–3 years of relevant experience in real estate will be preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
