Responsibilities

• Client Meetings: Conduct virtual or in-person client meetings on platforms like Zoom to discuss digital marketing, software, website, and mobile app development needs.
• Needs Assessment: Gain a deep understanding of client requirements and business objectives. Translate these needs into comprehensive documentation for internal teams.
• Presentation: Articulate client needs and expectations to internal teams. Present detailed project documentation to clients, ensuring alignment and understanding.
• Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of projects according to client specifications. Follow up consistently to track progress and meet project milestones.
• Client Satisfaction: Proactively manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly. Strive for excellence in client service.
• Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional English-speaking skills, both written and verbal. Possesses strong convincing skills to effectively convey the value proposition of Bayshore Communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, client management, and cross-functional team management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, software, website, and mobile app development.
