• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Promote products/services, attract and retain customers
• Requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills

• Coordinate with production team on order requirements
• Ensure timely delivery of products to clients
• Handle cash and cheque payments, forward to accounts department
• Maintain constant contact with clients, gather feedback, inform supply chain
• Manage claims, samples, and feedback through online platforms
• Engage with potential clients online and offline, sell products
• Source and provide product samples to cafes and restaurants, gather feedback
• Resolve client issues promptly and report to supply chain
• Assist in sourcing and procurement of new products

• Honours in degree in any Subject
• Mandatory driving license with good skills (motorcycles provided)
• Proven sales experience
• Skills in negotiation, client management, and market analysis
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for sales and understanding of industry trends
