Job summary

Dynamic, decisive, and highly capable Head of Operations who can take ownership of the company's day-to-day operations, drive growth, and ensure all departments achieve their targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily team operations across all departments.
• Monitor company growth, ensuring sales and operational targets are consistently achieved.
• Work closely with the supplier and purchase teams to optimize procurement and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Actively support and motivate the sales team to drive revenue growth.
• Maintain alignment between all departments to ensure smooth operations and high efficiency.
• Represent the company in high-level negotiations and decision-making.
• Take full leadership responsibility — able to run the business independently if the Managing Director is unavailable.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of corporate sales experience with a strong operations or leadership background.
• Outstanding educational background (Business, Management, or related discipline preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and operational targets.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with a hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla.
• High level of integrity, ownership, and commitment.
