- Ensuring Seller Participation on Weekly Campaign, Mega Campaigns, Seller Promotional tools adaptations, Store Optimization etc.
- Bi-Monthly Meeting with each Sellers to share & follow-up on their Target, RR, Growth Plans, Relationship buildup, Sharing Seller Level insights to improve Seller performance.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline from any reputed university.
- Minimum 2- 4 years of working experiences in the relevant field. (Experience in Key Account Management, Business Development in fashion industry).
- Excellent verbal & written communication and presentation skills in Both English & Bangla.
- Strong analytical depth with a bias for execution.
- Logical thinking process, fast learner.
- Be enthusiastic, responsible, efficient, can work under pressure.
- Entrepreneurial mentality and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment.
- Data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent coaching abilities to train, motivate, and guide new sellers.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to identify root causes of performance challenges.
