Job summary
The Finance Controller is responsible for ensuring timely completion of month-end activities, including revenue recognition, accruals, adjustments and reconciliation of ledgers to produce accurate financial statements.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely completion of month-end activities.
- Su- pervise AP AR and Treasury operations — ensuring proper invoice posting bank reconciliations cash flow reporting and compliance with tax and statutory requirements.li>Oversee stock valuation COGS and asset management processes including depreciation additions disposals and reconciliation with the general ledger.liPrepare review monthly financial reports analyze P L Balance Sheet variances provide insights to management on key financial trends performance drivers
- Ene sure accurate intercompany reconciliations consolidation adjustments maintenance strong internal controls across accounting payroll operational processes
- Drive finanial planning by preparing budgets monitoring forecasts ensure effective cost control support business decisions
- Establish strong internal controls ensue compliance IFRS G A A P tax laws lead periodic audits process standardization/li >Enhance profitability through cost monitoring waste reduction process improvements boost operational efficiency
