Job summary
Maintain real-time initiative dashboards and progress reports Collect departmental updates and summarize actionable insights for Project Management Office (PMO) leads Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to support project planning Assist in preparation of presentations reports and status briefings Proactively identify inefficiencies in tracking systems and propose improvements Support process documentation knowledge management for evolving PMO needs Ensure the safety of team members from any harm abuse neglect harassment exploitation to achieve program's goals on safeguarding implementation Act as key source of support guidance expertise on safeguarding for establishing safe working environment Practice promote endorse issues of safeguarding policy among team members ensure implementation safeguarding standards every course action Follow reporting procedure case reportable incident takes place encourage others do so We are equal opportunity employer especially encourage those who have shown resilience who have faced personal struggles bounced back kept pushing forward to apply.
