ENA Food & Beverage Ltd. is looking for an Executive / Senior Executive (MIS Field Audit) to visit different markets, sales routes, and distributor points, and ensure company products are available and properly displayed in the market.

Responsibilities

• Visit different markets, sales routes, and distributor points.
• Cross-check actual market conditions with reports submitted by Sales Officer or Area Managers.
• Ensure company products are available and properly displayed in the market.
• Verify distributor sales, stock, and collection records.
• Inspect godowns (warehouses) and billing systems at distribution points.
• Check whether outstanding balances and sales policies are being followed properly.
• Physically count stock and match it with ERP/system records.
• Identify and report shortages, damages, expired products and FIFO maintain.
• Observe the process of order taking, delivery, and collection.
• Evaluate the performance and discipline of Sales Officers in the field.
• Gather information about competitor brands, pricing, and promotions.
• Report real market conditions and customer feedback.
• Ensure company policies, dress code, and branding guidelines are followed at the field level.
• Identify and report any irregularities, negligence, or misconduct.
• Prepare daily detailed audit reports and send them to Head of MIS. After each visit, prepare final report.
• Highlight findings and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Perform other office work as required by Head of Department.
