Responsibilities
+Develop accurate lab dips approve bulk dyeing recipes maintain an optimized recipe database to ensure bulk-to-lab consistency.+Act as the primary technical contact for buyers and merchandisers regarding shade approvals color issues and technical clarifications.+Oversee all color lab activities including lab dyeing spectrophotometry and sample preparation ensuring equipment calibration procedural consistency.,+- Resolve bulk production color issues including reproducibility problems metamerism and shade variations through structured root-cause analysis. ,
- Analyze address buyer color complaints providing effective corrective preventive actions (CAPA). ,
- Optimize dyeing recipes for cost efficiency compliance sustainability without compromising quality. ,
- Lead new dye chemical process trials in collaboration with R&D production teams. ,
