Job summary
SHODESH GROUP is looking for Executive/ Senior Executive-IT to develop and execute the organization's IT strategy aligned with business goals. Maintaining of the daily operations of ERP solutions and prepare reports as required by the top management in excel or formats of ERP. Updating the institutional websites regularly as per approval of the authority. Monitor, Manage and troubleshoot plant servers, network infrastructure, including switches routers. Responsible for maintaining CCTV cameras throughout all of offices. Install and configure different types of devices, computer hardware, operating systems and applications, replace parts as required. Working with new projects, implement, Manage and support delivery of software and hardware operations as project required. Collaborate with overseas team to design and implement IT solutions. Updating inventory of all hardware, software, networking components and maintaining proper documentation. Collaborate with vendors, Technology Partners, Service Providers & consultants. Established and enforce IT policies and procedures. Executing any other assignment as and when required by the Management.Responsibilities
