Job summary
We are looking for Senior Engineer - Production (Cables & Wires) Manage entire cable production process ensuring smooth operations consistent quality adherence to production schedules Oversee resources lead teams optimize workflows achieve delivery goals minimize waste boost productivity Design implement die tooling solutions various cable types flexible compacted specialized conductors Create manage production schedules daily monthly aligned customer demand Work cross-functionally balance workloads maximize machine usage ensure timely deliveries Lead Lean Kaizen initiatives drive operational excellence Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness identify process bottlenecks implement continuous improvement strategies sustain productivity Operate troubleshoot key production machinery coordinate maintenance preventive maintenance minimize equipment downtime assist new machinery installations Ensure all production activities comply industry customer standards including ISO IEC BS VDE BDS Perform in-process inspections work closely QA R&D teams lead root cause analysis corrective actionsResponsibilities
