Job Title:
Sales & Marketing Representative

Overview:

- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Promote products/services to attract and retain customers
- Requires creativity, strategic thinking, and effective communication skills

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with production team on order requirements
- Ensure timely product delivery to clients
- Manage cash and cheque payments, forward to accounts department
- Maintain regular contact with clients for feedback and supply chain updates
- Handle claims, samples, and feedback via online platforms
- Engage with potential clients both online and offline to achieve sales
- Source and provide product samples to cafes and restaurants, collecting feedback
- Resolve client issues promptly and report to supply chain department
- Assist in the sourcing and procurement of new products

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Demonstrated sales experience
- Proficiency in negotiation, client management, and market analysis
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Passion for sales and knowledge of industry trends
